Shipping
FOB
points are Hilton Head Island, SC, La Miranda, Ca and Chicago,
Il. Shipping and handling are additional. Prop World will
find the most cost effective way to ship your products. We
will be glad to estimate shipping at the time your order is
placed. Delivery time will relate to the shop volume. Also,
we offer an option of having your custom art shipped in a
reusable crate. When using UPS or a common carrier, we will
make every effort to ship out in a timely manor, when you
need it quickly. However, it is the responsibility of the
consignee to follow and track the shipments to insure the
product arrives on time. We will ship internationally, if
you supply a domestic freight forwarder. We will not be responsible
for custom clearance, taxes, etc. incurred during international
shipping.

Returns
Returns
will not be accepted without prior authorization. All returns
must be complete including a copy of the invoice, manual,
documentation and original packing, no later than 30 days.
Because some of the elements are custom, we are continually
trying to improve and develop. Some variation from the original
is to be expected.
Warranty
Prop
World offers the following warranty to the original purchaser
of Prop World’s products. Should a defect appear, Prop World
agrees to repair or, at our discretion, replace the defective
unit or parts without charge for parts and labor within a
six-month period from the date of purchase. This warranty
does not include damage from shipping, accident, abuse, normal
wear and tear or installers that choose not to read instructions.
